To provide legal consultancy service, Sadat Sarwat and Associates has been appointed on behalf of the lenders for the vetting of land document associated with the project. The legal counsel has already started to work on the vetting of the land related documents and preparing the legal opinion related to land.

In addition, the appointment of CLC for drafting of loan and security agreements, providing legal opinions etc. will be done shortly. The objectives of the CLC would be:
- To review the project and related documents and contracts.
- To prepare, draft, advise, and finalize i) all financing documents, ii) sponsor support arrangements, iii) security documents, iv) all other agreements, contracts, instruments, or documents and assist in the preparation of related financial covenants as the Lenders may require for the purposes of the transaction.
- To provide all legal opinions as the Lenders may require and as may arise in connection with, or which are relevant to the transaction or the financing arrangements, and financial closure.
- To advise and assist in all legal and documentary arrangements required for the purposes of financial closing and disbursement.
